What is included with every rental?
Every rental includes a helmet, lock, and free map. All bikes are inspected daily for your safety.
Do I need a credit card to rent?
Yes, a valid credit card and government-issued ID are required for all rentals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, and cash.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit is taken on your card during the rental period.
Do you provide helmets?
Yes, helmets are included with every rental at no extra charge.
Do you provide locks?
Yes, locks are included so you can safely secure your bike when stopping.
Do you have maps?
Yes, we provide free city maps and staff recommendations for the best routes.
Do you rent baby seats or trailers?
Yes, we offer baby seats and child trailers for families.
What is the minimum age to rent?
All renters must be at least 16 years old, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
What is the minimum age for e-bikes?
Riders must be 16+ years old to rent and ride an e-bike.
Do you rent kids’ bikes?
Yes ! We have Norco kids’ bikes in different sizes, safe and easy to ride.
Do you rent tandems?
No, we do not rent tandem bikes at this time.
Do you rent scooters or rollerblades?
Yes, we rent scooters and rollerblades in addition to bikes and e-bikes.
Can I reserve in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking online or by WhatsApp to guarantee availability.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, cancellations or changes can be made — please contact us as soon as possible.
Do you offer group or corporate bookings?
Yes, please contact us for group rates, tours, and corporate events.
Can I rent for multiple days?
We offer rentals by the hour, half-day, or full day. Multi-day rentals are not available.
Can I return the bike to another location?
No, all rentals must be returned to our Denman Street location.
What happens if I’m late returning the bike?
Extra time is charged at the hourly rate. Please return on time to avoid fees.
Do you offer guided tours?
We currently only offer self-guided rentals. Our staff is happy to suggest the best routes.
Do you operate year-round?
Yes ! In summer we rent bikes, e-bikes, scooters, and rollerblades. In winter we rent skis and snowboards.
Are your bikes insured?
No, renters are responsible for bikes during the rental. Please use the provided lock.
What if my bike gets a flat tire or mechanical issue?
Return to the shop if possible. If you are far away, call us — we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you rent electric scooters with seats?
No, we only rent standing scooters.
Can seniors rent bikes or e-bikes?
Yes, absolutely! We recommend comfortable upright bikes like the Norco Scene or pedal-assist e-bikes.
Do you rent helmets for kids?
Yes, we have helmets in all sizes, including for children.

Yes, baskets and carriers are available for most bikes.
